Keeping Your Eyes "Sports Safe"
Research has shown that racquet sports--tennis, squash, racquetball, etc. --are a leading cause of eye injury, sometimes permanent. Below is a list of ways to reduce the chance of sports related eye injuries.
Wear eye guards when playing racquet
sports.
These eye guards should be made with
molded polycarbonate forms and lenses
Never wear regular prescription eyeglasses
instead of eye guards.
Wear contact lenses only in combination
with eye guards

AVOID PROCRASTINATION
We have all prorasinated at some point in our lives, but nowhere are
