Wear eye gaurds when playing racquet sports.
These eye gaurds should be made with molded polycorbonate forms and lenses.
Never wear regular prescription eyeglasses instead of eye guards.
Wear contact lenses only in ombination with eye guards.

Avoid Procrastination
We have all procrastinated at some point in our lives, but nowhere are the results of procrastination more apparent then in the office.  A habitual procrastinator faces a crisis when he of she fears that the work will never be good enough, is afraid a deadline will be missed, can't decide what to do first, or is faced with an unexpected I-need-it-right-away project.

Hear are a few suggestions to help you break the procrastination habit:

Begin.  Force yourself to begin the project.  It is the hardest part, but once you do, you are on your way.
Do one thing at a time.  Don't starts several projects at once.  Do the hardest thing first.  This makes the easier tasks a reward.
Put your number one priotrity front and center on your desk for the following morning.
Decide when your mind is the clearest--morining, afternoon, or evenigh.  Use youe best time of the day for planning, when you are more inclined to have clear thoughts.
