Keeping Your eyes Sports safe

Reasearch has shown that racquet sports tennis, squash raccuetball,
ect are a leading cdause to eye injury, sometimes permanent. Below
is a list of ways to reduce the chance of sports related eye
injureies.
Wear eye guards when playing racquet sports. These eye guards shoud be made with poly carbonate forms and lenses. Wear contact lenses only in combinaton with eye guards

We have all procrastinated at some point in our lives, but nowhere
are the results of procratination more apparent then in the office.
A habitual procrastinator faces a crisis when he or she fears that
the work will never be good enough, is afraid a deadline will be
missed, Cant decide what to first, or is faced with an inexpected I
need it right away Project.
Here are a few suggestions to help you break the procrationation habbit Begin. Force yourself to begin the project. It is the hardest part, but onmce you do, you are on your way \Do one thing at a time. dont start several projects at once. do the hardest thing first. This makes the eaasier tasks a reward. Put your number one priority front and center on your desk, for the following morning. Decide when your mind is the clearest -mourning, afternon or evining. Use your best time of the day form planing when you are more inclinhed to have clkear thoughts. |
